These HTML code-generating tools include Stephanos' Colorizer, where you can interactively pick and choose colors and grab the associated HEX / RGB triplet plus Doc JavaScript's Mailtool, which makes creating compound mailtos easy. We even add in a couple of live-popups (related no less).

The Colorizer
The Colorizer is a handy Java applet that helps you interactively select colors for Web pages. You can enter values in whatever format you want (RBG, HSB, HEX, decimal, or percentage) and convert between them all, or graphically select colors from a Photoshop-like color picker. Preview different combos to get just the right look for your Web page. By Stephanos Piperoglou.
Mailtool
Create a compound mailto: URL with this handy tool from Doc JavaScript. Supports, to, cc, bcc, subject, and body fields. By Dr. Yehuda Shiran.
Pop-up Menu Builder
Enter your options and this tool automatically creates cross-browser live pop-up menus. By Dr. Yehuda Shiran.
Universal Related Popup Menus
Upgrade today to the latest version of our related popup menus: change one "parent" menu and all submenus are redefined. A complete rewrite, version 2 features unlimited submenus and multiple menus per page. And of course, it's open source, so keep those ideas coming. By Andy King.
